How do I pay my tuition, fees, and other charges? Where do I send my check?
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: FALL BILLS: You will need to check the student portal for balances due or call the Cashier's Office for account balance or to set-up a Payment Plan.

Check Payments:
Make checks payable to The University of Virginia's College at Wise. Check payments are negotiated immediately upon receipt. To expedite payment processing please follow one of the following processes listed below:
REGULAR PAYMENTS/EXPRESS MAIL PAYMENTS: Please send your check along with remittance advice. If you need to overnight your check and want to use a carrier like Federal Express, UPS, etc., send it to this address:

If you need to pay by credit card, please call our office at (276) 328-0107 with your credit card information or mail the information to the above REGULAR PAYMENT address. We do accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER for payment of tuition and fees, dining, and housing.
Where do I go to sign up for a Payment Plan? What forms do I need?
UVA-Wise offers a monthly payment plan located in the Forms website. Please print and fill out the payment plan and submit to the Cashier's Office, or you may call 276-328-0107 to receive a brochure by mail.
