UVa-Wise Alumni Association to host book fair April 18

The Alumni Association of The University of Virginia’s College at Wise will host a “Books are Fun” book fair on Friday, April 18, at Alumni Hall across from the main campus of UVa-Wise.

Books Are Fun has partnered with Reader’s Digest to offer an incredible selection of books for all ages and interests, including children’s storybooks, cookbooks and books on gardening, inspirational and religious topics, education and sports.

The event will begin at 8 a.m. and will end at 4 p.m. All forms of payment are accepted with proceeds benefitting the UVa-Wise Alumni Association in projects and events for future students and alumni.

Through a network of over 850 independent representatives, Books Are Fun serves over 70,000 schools, 50,000 corporations, 20,000 early learning centers, and numerous hospitals, universities, government offices and non-profit organizations across North America.
