UVa-Wise Marching Highland Cavaliers band camp set for August

The Marching Highland Cavaliers band camp is scheduled for August on The University of Virginia’s College at Wise campus.

Band camp for percussion and color guard begins at 10 a.m. on Aug. 7 and camp for the entire band begins at 1 p.m. on Aug. 9.

Band students who will live on campus may move into student housing on Aug. 9 starting at 9 a.m., but they must be completely moved in by noon. Move-in arrangements will be made on Aug. 7 for percussion and color guard participants who will be living in student housing.

Individuals who wish to join the Marching Highland Cavaliers are still eligible to participate. Individuals who wish to participate in guard or percussion must audition.
