Enjoy 5 movies for $10 at Cinema City and benefit UVa-Wise women’s basketball

Cinema City Stadium Theaters in Norton and the women’s basketball program at The University of Virginia’s College at Wise are sponsoring the first Cavalier Women’s Basketball Movie Marathon on Sunday, Nov. 8.

Movie lovers have an opportunity to enjoy up to five movies in one day for one price. Ticketholders can choose any of the films that are showing on Nov. 8 at Cinema City. Advance tickets cost $10. Tickets sold at the door are $12. Doors open at 11:30 a.m., and the first film begins at noon. A photo ID is required for ticketholders.

A portion of the ticket sales goes to the UVa-Wise women’s basketball team.

Tickets may be purchased at the theatre box office or at the UVa-Wise women’s basketball office in the Fred B. Greear Gymnasium.
