UVA-Wise Theatre to hold auditions for "Godspell"

The Theatre Department at The University of Virginia's College at Wise will hold auditions for the fall production of Godspell on Sept. 2-3.

Auditions will be held on Sept. 2 and 3 at 7 p.m. in the Theatre Building. Anyone high school age and older is welcome to audition. Chorus members will rehearse two nights a week and main characters will rehearse up to five nights a week.

A theatrical celebration of the Gospel of St. Matthew, Godspell will be staged Nov. 6-8 and Nov. 14-16 in the UVA-Wise Theatre. The production is appropriate for all audiences.
