Open Forums Set for Chancellor's Search
The chancellor's search committee and consultants from executive search firm that will assist in the selection of our next chancellor will hold a series of open forums on campus Wednesday, Nov. 8 and Tuesday, Nov. 9. The search firm consultants would like to meet as many people as possible to hear our thoughts about the future of UVa-Wise and the desired characteristics of our next chancellor.
The search committee, chaired by William J. Sturgill, will hold an organizational meeting from 8-10 a.m. in the Bowers-Sturgill Hall conference room on Wednesday, Nov. 8.
Lucy A. Leske and Stacey Sauchuk from Educational Management Network (EMN/Witt/Keiffer) will talk with faculty, staff and students at a series of open forums. The forum schedule follows:
