Jessica Williams has facilitated the celebration of cultural activities such as the Day of the Dead as a part of the International Club and Sigma Delta Pi. She has selected films shown at the International Film series. She is currently faculty advisor for Sigma Delta Pi, the National Spanish Honors Society, local chapter #489 Lambda Epsilon.

Jessica Williams plays violin and is involved in several ensembles. She performed in the production of "Miners and Millhands" that was commissioned as a part of the 50th anniversary celebration of the College in Spring 2005. She has performed in a variety of group presentations held at the College. She is also a member of the Uva-Wise Community Choir and has performed several times per year with the choir since Fall 2004, including a performance to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the College.
