Student Program Evaluation

Student Evaluations are an important part of the continued growth and support of the Governor's School program. The opinions you express here are anonymous. They are aggregated with the opinions of your classmates and tallied to learn how the group as whole responded to the various components of the Governor's School program. Please be thoughtful in your response to the various questions and we thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.
Program Effectiveness

For the following questions, please indicate the level of effectiveness the specified aspect of the program had on you using a scale between 0 and 5, where 5 indicates a large, substantial effect and 0 indicates no effect on you whatsoever. For example if a question asked how tired governor's school made you, a 5 would indicate that the program made you REALLY tired, a 1 would indicate it only tired you a little, and a zero would indicate that the program did not tire you at all.

Program Quality
For the following questions, please rate the quality of the specified component of the program using a scale from 1-5 where 1 indicates the poorest quality and 5 indicates the highest, best quality. For example: in the question asking you to rate the quality of the food, you would mark 5 if you thought the food was excellent, 3 if you thought the food was average, and 1 if you thought the food was poor.
