Robin Woodard

Assistant Professor of Biology

I am a native of Wise County and had always wanted to return home and serve the people of the area I love so much. I was thrilled when a position developed at The University of Virginia's College at Wise that would allow me to teach and involve students in my research. I also feel that I am a strong role model for the people of this region, especially the young women. I believe that I am an example of what can be achieved by working hard and taking advantage of educational opportunities such as those afforded here at UVa Wise.
