 Our News:

Dues:  45 dollars due on Tuesday, November 1, 2005.  If there are any issues, please see the President, Emily Samples.

Fund Raising

In the last meeting, Tuesday, October 25, 2005 we collectively came up with a few good ideas for fundraising.  Please contact Jeannie Childress or Kenita Herron with ideas or thoughts concerning fund raising.

 Up Til Dawn

Up til Dawn is a fundraising campaign for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.  The senior nursing students have assembled a team of six to participate.  We will need 50 addresses to mail letters to request donations for St. Jude’s.  Please see Amanda Norman if anyone is willing to give a few addresses or make any donations.

Community Service

We are still working on ideas for community service.  If anyone has any ideas about what we could do, contact the Community Service Chair, Clara Eskin.

Congratulations

A big congratulations goes out to Dr. Angela Wilson who was married on October 15, 2005.  The nursing students wish you the best of luck!

Also, the nursing students would like to congratulate and welcome new full time faculty Tauna Gulley and Michael Willis
