Each member of the Implementation Task Force will maintain their
individual area pages with updates and information on their area
implementation progress. This is required by the College for progress
reporting to the University, VITA, and SCHEV.

SIS Steering Committee- This advisory committee
will meet every two weeks and is responsible for system-wide decisions
involving the student system, its components, administrative policies,
and general campus access and use.
SIS Module Managers (team leaders)- This task force
is responsible for the implementation process, scheduling,
collaboration, and functional success of the Jenzabar system. This
task force meet on a weekly basis to 1.) plan and institute the project
schedule, 2.) collaborate with other College offices and Jenzabar
project management, and 3.) manage the functional implementation of the
Jenzabar system in their respective functional areas. This group of
team leaders will also be responsible for working with Jenzabar
implementation consultants and for communicating project information to
the staff/faculty in the functional area for which they serve as team
leaders.
