Steve Brandon has spent over 30 years in the staffing and recruiting industry having worked in 51 Countries and 49 States. In 1993 he, along with 4 others, founded SPEC Group, a staffing Company focused on the Energy and IT sectors. SPEC Group subsequently merged with TMP Worldwide to create what today is MONSTER Worldwide (nyse:mmw) the parent of monster.com, plus spin off Companies, Hudson Highland Group (nasdaq:hhgp) a publicly traded Company primarily in the IT staffing business, and System 1, a private engineering and science based staffing Company, with the three Companies revenues exceeding $2.3 Billion annually.

Steve retired in 2002 while serving as Senior Vice President for International Operations of the e-Resourcing Business Unit for the Company. He consults with several Companies specializing in the area of organizational management, plus serves on several Company boards.

Steve Brandon has an incredible story of transforming a small, non-technical company into an immensely successful, multi-national corporation with creative entrepreneurial thinking and the innovative use of technology.
