Minimum Class Size
The College reserves the right to cancel courses in which enrollment is less than seven.
Maximum Student Load
The recommended summer course load is to be no more than 7 credits for any one session and no more than 14 credits for both sessions. To exceed these limits, students must have a GPA of at least 3.0 and approval by the Academic Dean. The number of credits taken during any one session cannot exceed 9, and the total number of credits taken during both sessions cannot exceed 16.
Financial assistance for Summer College is limited to Federal Pell Grants (for those who qualify), Federal Student Loans, and the Federal Workstudy program. Students must contact the Office of Financial Aid to request aid for summer. The Office of Financial Aid is located in Crockett Hall.
