If you already have an account and are having trouble, please follow these steps. There is No Need to Purchase Additional Hours!!!!

If you receive a message about purchasing additional hours or do not see any subjects in the dropdown boxes, please follow these steps:

1. Visit "my account" on the left menu column.

2. Under  "Upgrade/Extend Your Personal Account", choose "New username from school"

3. Enter the new information provided via email, campus flyers, or by emailing mnb4n@uvawise.edu
